This Veteran's Day, Earl Young, a Prestonsburg resident who served in the U.S.Army, will spend his time doing what he loves most: helping and giving back to others. That includes helping his fellow veterans access treatment for substance use disorders.

As Gov. Beshear continues to urge Kentuckians to receive their COVID-19vaccinations, his administration held a COVID-19 booster clinic at the Capitol Rotunda this week and provided shots to more than 200 people.
